Tension Set 1/4 Ct. Lab created diamond or choose "Setting Only" to use your own stone or a custom stone (like the Montana sapphire shown).
A ring sizer will be sent to you after purchase to verify your correct size as resizing can be difficult.
It is also important that you don't wear your ring (or any ring) while doing anything where you could damage your finger or get the ring stuck on your finger. More info here.
